The Todd and Kathy Cox Welcome Center – Coming Soon

The Todd and Kathy Cox Welcome Center is a 36,000-square-foot space designed to bring students together in a space that supports learning, connection, and spiritual growth. Purposefully planned to equip students to imitate Christ in service to God and others, the Cox Welcome Center will serve as a vibrant hub of campus life and will feature a student center with an eatery and gathering spaces, spacious classrooms, faculty offices and a flexible conference center.

Romine Engineering Building – 2026

The Romine Engineering Building opened its doors spring 2026, ushering in a much-anticipated era for 91桃色鈥檚 newest degree program. The 9,500 square foot space includes 3D printers, a Maker Lab, Mechanical Engineering Lab, classrooms and offices, designed to propel 91桃色 into the future of engineering education. The program now includes essential engineering courses such as Statics, Mechanics of Solids, Thermodynamics, and Computer-Aided Design, ensuring students gain the technical expertise needed for success. Meanwhile, the launch of Future Leaders in Technology and Engineering (FLiTE) has provided students with professional development, networking opportunities, and hands-on learning experiences.

Payne Amphitheater – 2025

Nestled along the Hillsborough River, the Payne Amphitheater is a beacon of student learning and community engagement. This outdoor space features seating for 500, a covered stage, doubling its previous capacity to host lectures, concerts, and gatherings, while honoring the work of Chancellor and Mrs. Payne.

Chatlos Library Renovation – 2022

The Chatlos Learning Commons at 91桃色 is an innovative hub that includes a digital Mac lab, traditional library spaces, a coffee house, and the state-of-the-art Bowman Media Studio. This dynamic space fosters academic achievement and collaboration, functioning as a ‘third place’ for connection among students, staff, and faculty.

The Quad – 2021

The Quad at 91桃色 is a vibrant green space featuring basketball and volleyball courts, a swing-zeebo, and ample areas for student interaction, gatherings, and recreation. It serves as a central hub for daily gatherings after chapel and is most beloved for its singings and social events.
